Over the years Jay has become known for prioritizing great customer service by offering constant communication before and after the sale, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction including sellers, buyers, co-operating brokers, title companies, lenders and home inspectors.

Real Estate is Jay’s career and he considers it a full time responsibility and opportunity. Jay’s attitude and approach to this business is putting the needs and wants of the client first, make the experience less stressful for them and being a blessing during the process.

As of October 2016, Jay has expanded his business and created a team to include Holly Floyd and Kim McCrary.

Jay Stradley

After serving, 4 years in the US Navy Submarine service and was stationed in Charleston, South Carolina Jay went to work as a management team member for RTM, Inc. who owned over 100 Arby’s restaurants. Jay was promoted to unit manager quicker than anyone who had previously held that position. When the restaurant was sold Jay was offered a position but chose not to move out of the area. Jay took a position with Shoney’s Restaurants where he met his wife of 32 years, Regina, who is originally from Orange Beach.

Jay and Regina moved to Gulf Shores in 1981 and were married in February of 1982. Together they have raised two children, they have one grand daughter and they are raising a nephew at home. They have been actively involved in their church, Christian Life Church, The Island Church, for the past 12 years. They can’t imagine living anywhere else.

In Jay’s practice of real estate he has been involved in the ownership of three companies. During that time he has managed Real Estate agents, developed a vacation rental business, managed multiple associations and over 100 lease properties. Jay has been involved in developing condominiums, subdivisions and retail property.
